Default Does the Cobb stg 2 ecu come close to maxing out stock fuel limits?

I read on the ForcedPerformanc page that at 15.5 psi the stock fuel system is almost at its limits. If it is will this hurt my car because I am only wanting to go as far as stg two with cobb with mayb the Forced Performance upgraded turbo TD04 maybe a year or so down the road Just wondering?
