Default 2015 WRX fuel gadge stuck

Was told my car was too modified for them to work on my car. Car has completely stock fuel system, but has full bolt ons. I told them I haven't touched the fuel system. Tech told me the car had to be completely stock for them to work on it. He then read the word back from Subaru just stating the ecm had to be stock. Told him I will remove my accessport so the ecm would be stock. Then told me the car needed to be stock. Seems fishy to me

This will all depends on the mods you have.

I'm assuming you mean fuel 'guage'. A number of things can effect that, most definately an Accessport. Also remember, they don't want to be responsible if something breaks that is not Subaru.

You could try doing some diagnosis work yourself - check the two fuel senders and see if they are both working properly (pull them and ohm them out as they go through their range of motion, make sure they are not stuck/binding on something or otherwise broken, etc.)

where is it stuck? full, empty, or somewhere in between?
