Default Satellite radio antenna question

Where is everyone mounting their satellite radio antennas? I don't really want it on my roof, but I don't know what the reception would be like if I mounted it on the trunk lid. Any ideas or suggestions about this? I am looking at getting the Kenwood Sirius setup since I already have a Kenwood head unit.

Most of the satellite radio systems offer a glass mount antenna. If I were to get one I would mount it at the top of the rear window in the center. Of course they sell the antenna for an extra fee.

I mounted mine on the dash, and I get great reception. I was going to mount it on the back deck, but the tint kills reception. I have the new style pioneer antenna that is small and kinda looks like a gps antenna. I didnt want anyone ripping it off that is why I put it on the dash.

On my Maxima I have it on my trunk lid, and no problems with reception. I have yet to get it installed in the rex.

I have mine mounted inside the rear spoiler. It works fine most of the time. I do get an occasional 1 to 2 second siginal glitch when driving in heavily wooded areas (where the trees grow over the road).
