Default Seeking reliable service center near Waltham MA

I'm am looking for a reliable service shop in the Waltham MA area. I had some work done at a local dealer which was subpar and they tried to rip me off, so I was hoping for an independent shop that knows Impreza's. Any suggestions/recommendations? (A reliable dealer would be fine too, if nothing else comes to mind.)

02 WRX (Sold)

I was generally pleased with Norwood Subaru's service for the '02 WRX that I purchased there but have since found they seem to have a second tier of service for vehicles not purchased through them (the case with my '04 STi). For instance, even though they have an alignment machine, they didn't put the STi on it to check out my complaint of an alignment problem - just had the mechanic drive it around the block then announce that it was normal. On another visit I asked them to look into A/C noises and a stiff trunk release mechanism. Norwood Subaru again said both were normal. When I purchased the '02, the head service advisor made it clear that they are not "mod" friendly.
