Question Eibach Pro Kit w/ stock struts?

I have heard that the Prodrive and Eibach springs will work with a stock strut set-up without you blowing out your struts early. Is this true that both of those springs are made to fit the WRX and have minor effects on the stock struts? I have an Eibach Pro kit and Goodbridge SS brake lines sitting in my room. I want to install them but I have been told to install then only with new struts, are the struts really needed with this set-up?

I have been running eibach prokit springs on stock struts on my 02rs for a year now and no problems whatsoever. Only about 20,000 miles of fun curvey trouble free roads. Yes you will most likely have to replace the struts earlier than you would if you were on stock springs. but it wont happen within a weak or anything like that! plenty of people are running this setup.
put them on!!

Default i installed them 7k ago...

they are perfectly fine, prob put more stress on the struts, but i wouldnt worry... you'd prob upgrade eventually anyway

Default for a daily driver with monthly auto-x

Stock struts & the Pro-Kit for 30K (18 mos.). The ride is comfortable but less floaty than stock. This spring I'll stick with the Eibachs but move up to adjustable struts.

Default Spring install on friday

I am doing my Eibach springs on friday along with my SS brake lines on my 04 WRX. Does anyone know what exact parts tools I will need for this install? Are the 04's different from the 03's as far as spring install is concerned?

Is there instructions on a spring install on the 04's yet or is it the same as the 03? Also does anyone know where I can find those instructions?
