Exclamation Just purchased autoart 22b...

Yes, that's right, 2 other companies would not send me the 1/18th model that I have been wanting since September of 2000.

First ordered September 2000 from www.replicarz.com Last week, received an email stating. "we are having controversy with autoart and are not sure when we will be getting the models. we understand if you want to cancel the order"

So, I cancelled, their customer service is great, just bad luck.

2nd purchase, www.phoenix-model.com
today they email me saying due to unforseen curcumstances we cannot ship to foreign countries..??
Is Canada that Hard to ship to?

3rd purchase, went to ebay, found an auction, and paid 74.95!!!!USD for the model.
Here's hoping I will get it this time.

Wish me luck.

Not to pee in your porridge, but Sugar was selling these for $55 delivered. See http://www.i-club.com/ubb-files/Forum2/HTML/004004.html

The place to buy AutoArt models in Canada is here:

Excellent service and really good prices too. For the 22B you'd be looking at under 100 bucks (CDN). I've bought a ton of models from them and haven't been disappointed!

Thanks for the input fellas
I'm going to stick with my 3rd choice for now since they said they'd have it shipped tomorrow.

Pitlane didn't have it on the site. and I am just to plain lazy to deal by cheque and mail. But I'm sure sugar would have came through for me.
