Post Mushy Brakes

Has anyone else noticed a mushy feeling of the brake pedal on the RS? Well, I have. The brakes work fine, but I'd like to get a little more feel from the pedal. Is this normal and unfixable with ABS? If it can be fixed, how? Please help me or I shall die. Not really, but it will bug the heck out of me.

Adjusting the brake pedal..

..or you could get 6 POTs... that would take care of mushy brakes.. and your kidneys.

There was an issue with some Subarus that came from the factory with air in the lines. You may want to bleed your brakes just in case.

You could get the STi 4pot kit and then stainless steel brake lines that helps I have those. To really get it out though you could go to a MY98 single stage brake booster but that will require the replacment of the master cylinder.

You can actually get the correct brake booster off of any Impreza L from 93 to 95, and the master cylinder off any Impreza L with ABS from 93 to early MY98 (late 1997 calendar year production models). I verified that info with the parts guy at Subaru in case anyone was curious.
