That looks pretty much like the one I just bought, in Seattle. It even comes in decent-looking blue plastic and you might not want to even bother painting it..

That looks pretty sweet! I'm kit bashing a 94 z28 at the moment. I smoothed all of the body lines, opened up the grill ("Looks like a catfish!" -unquote) and pushed the rear bumper in until it was smooth with the back quarter panels. The rear looks like a Corvette now. The fun part is the engine...I took a leftover cosworth chevy indy motor, fabricated an intake, and put a blower on top of it. The car isn't done yet, but slamming together that Tamiya might be fun :}.

Speaking of hybrid model cars, I once had a late-70's Firebird (Smokey & the Bandit-style) mounted on a Jeep CJ chassis. The Firebird 350 was hanging off the back like a 911. Spare tire under the hood. Tires were 1st gen Honda Civic in the front and Wrangler off roaders in the back. The car had about a mm of clearance in the front & plenty in the back. Oh, & the blacked-out lights & tint job were pretty cool too.

Oh yeah, sweet. I've got a picture of the real one somewhere. That's Arai's ride.

Just dropped my Focus WRC last night. Only broke off the antennae. Time to melt some sprue!
