Default FS: Full turbo kit, engine management and all

Well, reason I started this post seperate of my other FS post is because I've teamed up with another member in order to make this a complete kit, including engine management, injectors, and lots of custom work on the turbo kit to make everthing work & fit better.

The Link is brand new and includes the SerialLink that you need to hook your laptop up to it to program it. It is PnP for MY00-01 RS's.

The injectors included are in form of fully pre-installed RC 440's in a MY00 manifold. The injector bungs have been sleeved and the rails have been spaced out so that the injectors fit perfectly. The recirc system has been eliminated (I just plug up the line near the firewall and no issues). The fuel rails have also been cut and customized to run full parallel, and this includes the wiring harness to run with those injectors, already modified with the plugs on them and all. Pretty much, swap over the throttle body and a few other things and plop this back on.

The turbo kit started it's life as an old Ludespeed stage II kit with upgraded intercooler (stage III). I have since modified the hell out of it, to make it all work more smoothly. Here is a quick list of the kit:

- T3 turbo, jet-hot coated housings (black exhaust, silver intake)
- Stainless steel up and down pipes, no cats, and both O2 bungs near the top
- Tial 35mm wastegate with 4.5psi spring installed and extra 6.5psi spring
- WRX oil pan with welded oil fitting
- Custom oil lines with restrictor in inlet line to save the turbo from high oil pressures
- Large top mount intercooler, very beefy
- Modified Moroso catch can, vents to atmosphere
- Inlet tube worked a bit to get it to fit well
- New K&N filter, will cut $50 off if you have your own (2.5" inlet)
- All fittings for running coolant from heater core lines, and all new hoses
- All necessary connection hoses, new hose clamps where necessary

The turbo has around 15k on it, and does not blow oil by. It is damned fast when tuned right at 4.5psi, I can only imagine it at 6.5psi. It's limits is probably right around 8-9psi, so it may not be a high boost kit, but it'll give you an incredible torque curve... I started getting boost around 16-1700rpm and had full boost by 22-2300rpm. Ask anyone I had taken for a ride, the car felt incredible.

I'll also include an O2 bung plug to plug up one of the O2 holes. The reason the kit has two is so that I can run a standard O2 feeding the ECU and another available to install a wideband into. It has no rear sensor bung because there is no need for it with the standalone.

It is a 2.5" stainless steel downpipe with no catalyst installed in it. I've made quite a bit of power through it, and when tuned correctly it didn't stink quite like other catless cars I've been around have (not sure why... maybe I was used to it?).

The reason for the new K&N filter is because my old one had an incident with a plastic bag after I washed the car and it's a little ugly & crushed, but still works well. I'll take $50 off the price if you want that one instead, or if you've got your own to put on there.

The intercooler, reason I mentioned it was very beefy is because it's a very heavy, sturdy core, that you'll never have to worry about bending. It's fairly ugly, but works pretty decently.

Total price for this kit: $3500

The price is not really negotiable since I have so much money, time, and labor into it. I am taking a bit of a hit to sell it all as an entire kit, but I believe it is the best solution for anyone looking for a complete kit that is pretty much PnP. The only thing you might want to add to this is gauges and a catback exhaust. Beyond that, it's as complete as you get.

I might be convinced to install the kit for a small price, as well. Since I know the kit well, it'd probably take me less then 6-7 hours to get the car up and running with everything in it. Time may be getting slightly narrow for me, but to make sure that it goes in smooth and is well driveable when it leaves means a good amount to me.
