sold :(

ITB stands for individual throttle bodies. IT is basically each cylinder getting its own throttle body and air horn. Here is a pic of a corolla 4age engine with ITB

Anyone know how it exactly works? Yes I know there is a power increase since there is are dedicated TBs for each cylinder. But I mean, no filters?!?!

That car is highly modded, they left the air filters off like some dedicated race cars do (F1, formula atlantic, JGTCC, etc...) Factory individual throttlebody setups I've seen ('94 japanese corolla hatchback) have airboxes like ours, one panel filter feeding into one big airbox, but the airbox has outlets, one for each throttle body. Here's a modified corolla motor (same as the other one), but with filters. http://www.billzilla.org/sprinterbay.jpg

ITB will give you quicker throttle response, and higher peak HP. Sportbikes use individual throttle bodies, and before fuel-injection technology, they used twin or quad-carburators. It's a good thing, but more expensive (parts x 4) and also more difficult to tune.
