Default Gauging interest: APR Carbon Fiber Formula 3 Mirrors

saw em at SEMA
and a few of the guys here at work want them.

I think i'm placing a small order... is there an interest in these?

not permitted to list a price as this is not the vendors forum...

but remember these are carbon fiber...

WRX/RS/TS application
you would lose your power mirrors...
but they're a direct bolt on replacement
for the OE mirrors....

anyone? anyone?
let me know

Awesome product! I was one of the lucky few that was delivered a prototype many weeks ago. I love it!! Prices are (should be) very reasonable for this kind of quality. ..as for the wieght, ...it's alot less than the heavy electric ones.

weight is not specified but here is what i know:

Quote:
Mirrors are designed for optimum performance, most widely used mirror on formula race cars. Feature a left to right pivot at the mirror housing with an adjustable ball stub rod to allow a very wide range of adjustment. These carbon fiber mirrors are compact aerodynamic shaped with a very low drag coefficient. Billet aluminum mounting bases are specially designed to factory specifications for easy installation. The mirrors are only available in carbon fiber with convex lens.
cant imagine they weigh much at all

True he did hijacked but it thats his decision and his choice. The thing that really get me is that there is no mention of price in this section. Its not like hes selling these he just want to get more people in his GB. I can see this being a fair rule for AllSubaru.com but not for "just some guy" looking for a good deal on parts. Thats just my 2 cents.

hello
the PRICE WAS mentioned and i edited it out.

this is not the classifieds section,
thus there will be no mention of prices period.
not from allsubaru not from "just some guy"
this is a gauging interest thread.

and unless you've got something to contribute,
i suggest you move on and quit hi-jacking this thread.

and while we appreciate your "2 cents"
now you have mine + change
thank you

sidewayz: your custom mounting brackets look better then the ones posted in the original picture.
I'd be interested in the mirrors, but the AR w/ the box around it looks gay, if they looked more like the ones sidewayz posted I would buy them.

How is the visibility? I'm the kind of guy that has an autobahn mirror in my car, I'm guessing I shouldn't look into these.

The one Greg posted. I have the STi CF GT wing and Zero Sports fender vents and thinking about getting these to go with the theme.

Saw them in person and rocked!
