Angry advice needed...

I need your opinions please,
I took my car into the local dealer on Saturday to have the recall on the Oxygen sensor dealt with, I also asked them to look at my alarm system because the shock sensor didn't seem to be working correctly. To make a long story short, when I picked up my car later that evening everything seemed fine except for 3 greasy hand prints, two on the front fender and one on the door handle, certainly not a big deal, just "noticed it" is all. But then, yesterday when I had the car out in the sunshine I noticed that concealed underneath the dirty prints on the front fender were: one thumb sized dent about a 1/4" deep and one (this is a strange one) dimple, protruding outward, from what appears to be a screw head, from inside the fender-well, that got pushed out into the fender. For the life of me I couldn't figure how that could of happened, but what I think happened was someone at the dealer took their two hands and pushed on the fender, testing the alarm, one hand pushed the fender in, which made contact with an exposed screw head, and the other hand made the dent.... SWELL, I just now figured this out and I'm not sure if there's anything I could do about it??? Do I just suck it up and write it off as another *****ty incident (like the other 5 dings I got on that same fender) or do I complain? The dealer is the most highly respected dealer here in town so they might be cool, but for some reason I think there's not much I can do and I should just let it go....

I would definately bring it to their attention. I had the same type thing happen to me when I was having my car detailed, the dealer put a ding in the rear wheel well.

Start out calm and cool about it and just see if they are willing to fix it. If they deny it just start to escalate on them. There is no reason you should have to deal with this from them. Did you have someone with you when you dropped it off? If so you now have a witness to say that that damage wasnt there when dropped off.
Heck I had to go to the owner of the Subaru down here but my stuff got taken care of.
