Default 00 impreza 2.2 can you turbo ?

I have a 2.2 L wagon. I 've read that the 2.2 is a great engine can you bolt on a 2.5 turbo kit? What might be the hardest thing to find in order to turbo it or should it be really easy?

Unsung Boxer boosted his L. It can all be done, but it takes work. Not sure if just any turbokit for the 2.5 will work, but it might. But I have seen kits for the 2.2 as well.

Most of the turbo kits for the 00+ 2.5RS should work as the parts are quite similar between the two. You'd probably want to ask the vendor of the kit to make sure though.

BTW, this should be in "Aftermarket Forced Induction", not "Other Factory Turbo".
