I feel your pain brother, but I'm just holding out till I can afford all those mods. If I had the funds to get a faster car I would drop the RS pretty quickly (damn I should have gotten ther M3 even if I would have ended up making payments for the rest of my life, not to mention selling my soul to the devil in the process).

so what are you getting now? I scrolled all the way down and it doesn't say what you are replacing it with.

Question

So, what kind of pizza are you driving now?

Actually, I'm somewhat confused - you dumped your Impreza purely because it was too slow for you, or because it was giving you problems? Your web page doesn't say too much.

MPREZYA: did you put a aftermarket turbo on that thing? I have a 1.0 3cyl, turbo, that makes around 100HP. I didn't think the 1.3 came with a turbo.... These things are great in RallyX. The funny thing is, its actually fast......

I dont think so Tim...

remember, Sev has a turbo lude. nothing can beat one of those things. I hear he needs special glass to absorb the photonic particles emitted when he tears the space time continuum.

Now thats fast. He had to paint the car supersonic blue for physics reasons (blue being at the lower end of the spectrum allow his car to stretch with stress on the hull)

C'mon, you don't give RS' enough credit. Of course they aren't going to turn heads on the 1/4 mile but for a 2800 lb 4 banger they do alright. They aren't straight-away cars (out of the factory for that matter) and that's the bottom line. You're getting one hell of a car for just under 20k. Compare it to other cars in it's class (which technically there are none) like the Si, golf 1.8, etc..it blows both away. Not everyone has the $$ to dish out for a Z28 anyways...and besides, the extra $$ you would pay for one could be invested in the RS to make it just as fast if not faster. You'll also have a better handling, better looking and more reliable car.

My extra 2 cents...don't believe the hype about ludes (or turbo ludes). A Honda's a Honda. You can make any car fast if you have the resources. A 3k lb front wheel drive 2.3 liter isn't exactly the best choice. This is just my personal opinion. My sc MR2 would dawg the lude anyways =oř
