Question Anyone from NC know where I can get my new suspension installed?

I live in wilson which is in Eastern NC, so Teagues Auto is really far away. Any speed shops in the RDU area that you would trust?
I don't have the tools or the confidence to do it myself. My parents would kill me if I broke something.( I am only 17 and my last car was a 95 Saab 900 turbo POS which I broke all the time)

Version 5 on 5-Ziggens by the way!

The only "speed shop" in Raleigh that does this sort of thing is called Phantasm Performance. Typical Honda-type shop, couple of project Hondas, spends a lot of time sourcing and dropping in engines.

They quoted me $300 for the install with an alignment.

I don't know, you go to one of those shops, you takes your chances...

I'm 18 and I just installed the suspension myself. Wasn't too hard at all. But don't forget to bleed the brakes!! Muscle really helps in this project. Also a second body would help you out alot. Maybe you can get a fellow i-club member to help you out. Or you can go to a place and have them (mechanics) do it. You'll have to go to a shop anyways because you will have to have an alignment done. You might be better off just going to the shop and having them do it....

You COULD do it yourself...if you had all the tools.

I have no air tools or anything, nor do I have a spring compressor. So...I had someone who had all the tools do it.

I guess I could've done it myself, but if I broke something I would be really pissed.

Dolphin, if you wait a little, I may end up coming back to Teague's so I can get my brake pads replaced. If I go, I can help you out with the install. A lot of it is just twisting bolts and compressing springs.

Depends on what you want to do.
