Angry please help

hey everybody, i had a real unfortunate incident today, was wondering if anyone could help. some incompetent pumping company sprayed my impreza with sewage!!!!!! after scrubbing for hours my car still smells like *****!!! i have to get it pressure sprayed and the undercarriage and wheelwells have to be scrubbed and etc etc. anyways, my insurance company is currently suing these people for the cost of cleaning and deductable. so hopefully i wont have to pay anything. but i still have to deal with a car that makes me almost vomit whenever i get within 40 ft. any one know if i can successfully sue in small claims court for anything other than the cost of cleaning. i havent been drivning my car, or using my garage because it smell so damn bad.any insight would be appreciated.

sue! sue!! suuuuuuueeeee!!

seems like you'd be able to get some form of compensation as you've been denied the use of your vehicle and garage... I am not positive, but it seems logical and probable.

good luck!!!

I've got something that will work, but you're going to have to rewax the car after. Go to your hardware store and look for some stuff called "Simple Green" Gets rid of all kinds of organic stains (including road tar-works great) and it kills odors too. Got the stench of skunk off my friend's car with it, but again, it strips wax.

If you can smell it - you're breathing it. It doesn't take a lot of "waste" to make you DEATHLY ill - gross (pun intended) negligence. Full-on Pain and Suffering. Go get 'em.
