Default Apexi TT w/aftermarket alarm help.

I just finish installing a Apexi TT on my STI, everything works fine except for one thing, I cant arm my car when the TT counting down. I have to wait to the car completely shuts off then the alarm will work. I know you can bypass it somehow, I just dont know which wires are involved. I have an automate alarm system which it came with the car when i bought it. Can anyone tell me how to bypass it. THanks
