Unhappy Tsb Denied...

my clutch is cluttering and i read in a magazine that there was a tsb for the cold clutch clutter. i went to the dealership in vestal, ny and asked them to check it out. and i was correct, but they refused to do it under warranty, because i had a turboback exhaust? is that possible? under warranty, how does my exhaust affect my clutch? but my question is, are there any other technical service bulletins for the 02 impreza wrx that i should know about?

There are a bunch of tsb's out there - you can see the list on techinfo.subaru.com, and a bunch of them are posted on scoobymods (they have a tsb forum). Just remember - just because there is a tsb, doesn't mean that your car even has that problem - it's just guidelines for the dealership on how to fix it if you do have the problem.

Sounds like BS that they confirmed, but won't repair the clutch shudder - are there other dealers you could try? Contacting SoA sounds like a good idea, too.
