Thumbs down MY01 Carbon interior

I just got a brochure for the MY01 Imprezas. The 2.5RS comes with the fake carbon fiber interior standard. I'm probably gonna be buying one of these cars around march and I don't like the carbon interior. Does anyone know if it's gonna be possible to get the car without the fake carbon fiber. If not then is there anyone here that would like to get fake carbon fiber in their MY00 and wait until March for it. I'll just trade with you.

Well, i personally didn't get carbon for a reason, and it wasn't the price but a: you live in Ma, so we could probably meet up, and B: i could deal with a carbon interior. So, if you want, i'd go for the trade... i learn to like things after a while

Well, like I said, I'm only getting the car in March of 2001. SOA might change their mind before then :-).
JGard, thanks for being willing to do the trade. If you still are willing in March I'll try to get in touch with you and see what we can do. Also, the only things that come with carbon are the area around the center air vent, the area around the radio, and the area around the shift knob. Not the knob itself, so you shouldn't have any trouble keeping the leather knob.

If you don't like it, then trade with me. I would be happy to give you mine and some cash for yours.

Jgard, Great then I'll talk to you again sometime between January and March of 01. I might be getting the car anytime in there depending on a few factors. Thanks again

MattC, if for some reason it doesn't work out with JGard I'll trade with you. He posted first, so I'm gonna give him first choice, but I'll contact you in if something doesn't work out.
