Default Emissions and Lighting

Just wondering about emissions and lighting laws in CO.
In particular, will I pass emissions with one high-flow cat. And are clear sidemarkers OK?

I have clear sidemarkers and have had no problems. Here's a link to the CO emissions website. Technically a high-flow cat is illegal, but I think as long as you pass the smog test you'll be fine.
