Angry has anyone had problems with carparts.com??

I was just wondering if anyone here has recieved the same excellent costomer service and timely delivery as I have had. Ok, I was just being sarcastic, I have been waiting 3 weeks on an order and they still have not even processed it, and nothing is on backorder!!! I have E-mailed them 4 times, with no reply, and called them at least 10. Does anyone have any suggestions for me on how to deal with this?
Maybe we should start an I club boycott of Carparts.com

I don't know about a "boycott".. but I'm not interested with dealing with them now or anytime in the future.

I just ordered a 5 Autometer Phantom series gauges and received them all within 2 weeks. Plus I saved over $85 with an online coupon. I would think about ordering from them again.

I also ordered 4 autometer phantom gauges and even today they still havent processed my order....I just called them again!!!

no I won't, I battled them for 2 hours on the phone yesterday....still I dont have an answer, so I am cancelling.

I ordered $400 dollars worth of autometer ultralite gauges from them about 4 months ago. Took about 2 weeks to get it all. Over all I was very happy with them. There prices on some of the gauges were already cheaper than Jegs or Summit, and then add in the 1/3 off coupon. Awesome!

I had a hard time with them when I ordered a Borla Universale muffler from them. Every week for 4 weeks it was a different story as to why it hadn't shipped. So I canceled and they shipped it to me anyways. I did save $50 on it, but I returned it anyways as I had already ordered a dual tip stromung. The return was nice and easy though.

On a side note, I'm wondering if anyone has purchased tires through them and would be interested in telling us about it?

I ordered over $400+ worth of tires from them back on the 20th of last month. They ASSURED me multiple times that they'd be shipped by the 11th... I called on the 16th... no tires... 4 hours later I get yet another email telling me that two of them shipped on the 17th... as for the other two... who the hell knows... I can understand if they're back-ordered or swamped, but in a day of insane technological innovations there's no excuse for not communicating that to your customers.
