Post definition of a rice-boy (Flame suit on)

Ok there has been a lot of debate on this topic so I'd like to clear it up some. or make it foggier. one of the two.
I have heard many people say that a rice boy is someone who supes up the looks of a car but neglects the engine or suspension. however I fell this defintion is WRONG! Well partly right. The defintion of a Rice-boy is someone who tries to fool you into thinking that his car is fast(false badging, brands stickers, exhasut tip, Giant wing, ect.) so you could have a bodykit, clear rear lights, blue bulbs, flashing neon lights, and anything else you can think of as long as you don't have any false info on your car.
well that is My opnion.

Don't hate me cause I'm 15

hehe, ok i think we gotta be careful with how we respond to the ever-increasing rice-hating/promoting posts, once and for all ill try and say what i think it is...a riceboy/girl is essentially a car that tries to APPEAR as something it isn't, that's all...

for instance, a car that pretends to be something it isnt (having a WRX badge on an RS , a Type-R badge on an accord, or on bryan hong's page a sebring logo on an eclipse)... or it could be a car that simply has way too many stickers, as in too much show and not enough go... another example could be modifications that do not work positively with the car, for instance chopped springs and exhausts that are way too free-flowing, huge bright shiny chrome wheels that sap the car's performance, covers over your lights, etc.

in reality, the definition of a riceboy is as hard to make as the right to free speech, it doesnt need to be defined, but evaluated on a case-by-case basis

IN CONCLUSION! i say we just forget about it we see ricers all the time, laugh your a$$ off at em and live and let live..who cares? its simply pointless to keep arguing over what is and isn't "ricey," its their money, they're obviously keeping someone in business (sometimes the sticker manufacturers, hehe) so why bother discussing it so much?

Thumbs up

I would have to agree with you. That's my definition too. You would think with all of the money they spend on false advertisment they would buy something that would actually affect the performance of the car or even a sticker that wasn't false advertisement. I'm not sure what the whole point of the product stickers anyway. IMO it just tell thieves that you have spent some $$$ on your car that they can sell to someone else. It must be good if you have a sticker on your car. I think it's only a good idea if you don't care if it gets ripped off.
