I saw a Cavalier 4dr with a hood scoop. Not sure it has a top mounted IC tho.

Actually that's a pretty bad-ass SUV and the scoop actually looks freakin aggressive!

Most of the K-cars (tiny ass cars) here in Japan have hood scoops on them. However its because even though its only got maybe a 1.0L its still a turbo and has a top mount IC.
