Post Scratches everywhere!!!

ARGH! My damn brother thought he was doing me a favor by wiping down my car tonite! It got really dusty this weekend and so he took a damn dry towel to the car! I just got home and noticed it right away! And its only one side of the hood! He stopped half way! Thank goodness! (Long drawn out sigh) Damn I'm pissed.

Yeah i know how u feel
"brushless car wash my ass"

it still leaves a LITTLE scratches on your car.

this is my motto
"it's not their car that person is washing, it's yours"

One thing that helps alot and I learned from a rather expensive detailer is to only wash and wax the car using swipes in one direction.

Swirls are caused from using a circular motion when washing/waxing and they can be noticed at EVERY angle you look at the car from.

If you use a back-and-forth motion and there are any marks left behind they will go only one direction and will only be seen from a certain angle, if at all.

...works for me.
