Cool List your kills!

Today I had two pathetic races...
one against a new celica gt and another against a base model eclipes (older type), both were spanked without trying too hard.

I think my best race ever was against a S/C Thunderbird. I jumped all over him and raced till 65mph. Then he flew passed me (I think he would have caught me anyway) but I pissed him off pretty much.

What was your best race?

BTW: my worst race was against a new Z-28. I had no choice cuz the dude was insisting... oh well, I at least I knew what to expect.

5. 1993 Mazda MX6 that missed a shift. I talked to the owner (coworker) later - he missed third and went back to first. Bent a valve. Ouch. Hehehe!

4. Porsche 944 Turbo that I jumped all over from the light. Okay, I cheated and jumped early.

3. Nissan 300 ZX that didn't think he needed full throttle to beat me. He was wrong. He tried to play catch up. The road merged, and who was in front?

2. Audi 90 convertible. The company VP was driving it. Hope she didn't recognize me!

1. My best kill is . . . Myself! I love seeing a high performace machine strut its stuff. Even if I end up watching its tail lights fade away. My all time favorite was a '69 Camaro with a blower sticking through the hood that I NEVER caught up to. I still remember that exhaust sound. Hope that driver wore ear plugs!

Canyon Wren.
Sucked it into my scoop drifting through a turn at 60 on Utah state hwy 153 last Saturday. My 5th kill in the six months I had the car.
No, the scoop is not open, and no the RS is not a drag racer!
Oh yeah, I have history of flaming street racing posts

I beat a Porshe 911 Turbo that was being towed. Then my lane got congested and it blew past me....that b!tch!

I'll get him one day. Like...when it's parked somewhere.

Thumbs up

My00 RS vs cobra mustang I was driving around downtown San Antonio looking for some ricer to smoke when I pulled up next to a cobra mustang at a red light.I did't thank much of it but the driver and his buddy were pointing and laughing at my car.So I thought let me show them what this car can do.So I started to rev my engine and so did he,now I knew ther was no turning back.I got it up to about 5000rpms light turned green I droped the clutch and I was gone.I had him by at least 1/2 a car length.Even though the race was less the half a block long.Becasue we hit anothr red light it was still a sweet victory. At the next light he still wanted some more but I just calmly took off from the light at a normal speed to really piss him off.I bet you they'll thank twice before they make fun of another scooby.YES,this is a true story.

I don't really rach much, but two races that I'm proud of are:

1. My freinds 86 Monte Carlo, runs a 12.5 1/4 mile. I killed him from a stop light in a turn that was about 75 degrees to the left. I killed him in the turn, but then he flew by me on the straight...oh well, I took him off the line.

2. Killed a Corvette in the rain. He asked for it though, he revved at me when I stopped at the light. I was across the intersection before he got any traction.

I took out a civic si. Some guy with his girlie in the car with him thought he could pull me. we were both in second gear from a light when he decided to gun it.... couldn't handle the torque of the RS. Now he knows.

When mine was stock I raced an Integra 4-door with intake and exhaust on a twisty 4-lane and ate him alive. Raced a used up, convertible '72 'stang with a tired 351 and killed him. Tried to outrun a Nissan Altima V6 with exhaust and he sucked my doors off at 95mph. After I got exhaust and an intake I raced a brand new BMW(325, I think) 3 lights in a row, all won by a half car length. The same night on the way home I pulled up next to a brand new V6 'stang with dual exhaust. The two preppies started laughing at me when I pulled up! When we left the light I pulled him a car length. Every shift pulled another car length. Top of 4th gear I slowed down and played with them(ran side-by-side as he tried to pass me). They wouldn't even look at me. Bad thing is, my car won't even outrun my dad's lifted '77 4wd Chevy pickup unless I race him from a standstill!By the way it's an MY00.

2 Accords

3 Civics (Dont remember the "rice" level-but some had coffee can exhausts)

Ford Ranger with 4.0 and exhaust

Probe (one of the last model years)

And my girlfriend has beaten me While I drove both my Toy' prerunner, and my 4.0 Jeep Wrangler with Header/Exhaust,etc. (duh) LOL

When we got the Imp' in 96',you could race practically everybody. It seems harder to race people now. Dont know why, but probably now that the 2.5RS has been out a while, and SCC has stoked the car a bit-maybe they think that are autobox 2.2 LX has some play.

It does, a little....

FWIW: I usually dont try to initiate a race with cars I know can stomp me,unless they push the issue. And I try to cut it out after maybe 10mph over the speed limit,so I would maybe get a ticket, slap on the hand, but dont do jailtime. (Wishful thinking?)

I had a Saturn tailing me one day while I was going to work (5:30 am). I drifted around a corner onto an on ramp, he just went straight into the curb. Hopefully he learned not to mess with a Subaru.

Took out an SS yesterday, had him on the line, that was the only reason!

The crowning achievement over the Monte Carlo (on film) read all about it...

Hmmmmm what else, around here, no one really messes with me... I get a lotta people rolling down their windows telling me how phat the car looks, but they rarely race.

I love being on the freeway and some one comes up on my A$$ and then I just drop it to 3rd and blow them away... mmmmmm power of the "I", gotta love it.

Peace out guys!

Hmmm, there are a few, but I don't keep track. Various ricers, a few SUV's, yo-boy tauruses, I do like ditching tailgaters on exit/entrance ramps. most of 'em happen because the other driver thinks an Outback is an easy kill and doesn't push. By the time the driver figures out cold air and whiteline bar are in the game, it's to late. 'Course, by then they can SEE the Whiteline bar, on an Outback. The usual face in my rear view mirror is
