Default help.........car running on 2 rear cylinders, can both go bad @ once?

Driving to work yesterday and found out that there was not enough power in the car.
I test the plugs and found out only the two plugs closest to the dash are working, while the 2 closest to the radiator are not working.
I tested the distributor, found out no current is been supplied to the two closest to the radiator.I replaced the distributor and the problem persists.
why would 2 cylinders go bad all at once?Is it an eletrical problem?
Pls help
