Question Rough idle after oil/spark plug change?

Anyone have any suggestions? After the oil- spark plug change the car (MY00) is a bit shaky at a still idle. I didn't notice it before the change. I used the reccomended NGK plugs, a Mobile1 oil filter, and Castrol Synthetitic blend. This was my second oil change and first time for the plugs. I reset the ECU after changing both. I hope you guys can help! Thanks:

Did you make sure all the plug boots are seated firmly? Only thing I can think of...

Make sure the oil level is not overfilled. Also, make sure all the hoses are hooked back up(in our shop I've seen people come in with this symptom after changing the air filter-the smaller hose to the air filter hosing was off-it throws the whole injection system out of whack).
Good Luck
