Exclamation What to look for when i turbo, please any info will help

well i was thinking of buying the Ludespeed kti but now i am thinking of buying everything seperatly, please help my car is a my98 auto with 55,000 miles on it its a daily driver and i also auto-x.

if i do go turbo it will be with a topmount intercooler.

t3/t4 turbo still debating on the turbo part
with all these people goin to buy the wrx many will hopefuly be selling there turbo kits. this will be a great opp. for us rs guys wanting to turbo. any tips etc. are greatly appreciated. install will prob be done at Rallispec. thanks for the help.

The T3/4 is way to big IMHO. Turbo calc (not that it's god) states a 50 trim T3 is perfect. Just look at all the parts in the Ludespeed kit. It's about as complete as you'll get without going to Shiv's kit (vishnu, search for em). All the parts in Ludespeed's Stage2 are the essentials. Also an ITC, EGT guage, A/F Meter, fuel pressure guage, and RRFPR would be quite handy in the quest for mucho boostola. And before anyone bashes you, The search button is at the top (search Technical), it's invaluable. Remember, boosting a 98 is a pain, expect lots of troubles and CE lights.
