Post Wide band O2 on stock ECU?

Would this be a possible swap? Would the stock ECU run better or just explode with a wide band 02 sensor?

I believe the wide-band has a 0-5V output versus 0-1V for the narrow-band. That means that most of the output from the wide-band sensor is going to be out of range of what the ECU can interpret (a 0-1V range). But it's hard to say for sure how it would react without knowing the circuit design. I don't think it would react favourably though.
