Post Need Info on Ground Controls

Definitely time start working on the handling, so I want to get a set of Ground Controls. First, where could I get the best deal? Second, I know they make different length springs and spring rates, so I was curious as to what other people with the setup are runnin on their 2.5's. I want it to be stiff, but not real harsh. Maybe drop it 1 inch all around to get some better handling a get rid of some gap.

the only place you'll probably find em is www.ground-control.com you'll have to call em cuz they don't list the RS on their site.

We installed a set of 8" GC's with 300lb front springs and 275lb rear spings and it handled very well (car lowered 1" all around). We matched them with KYB AGX's at the 3f/6r it worked well and at 4f/8r it was great for auto-x. (21.7mm rear bar, solid links both front and rear and poly bushings front and rear). Any questions e-mail me at: [email protected] and i will be glad to answer any questions you have.

Good deal? Check out the classifieds section. I'm selling my old GC springs there. With those and the collars from GC you can get the whole setup for $300 (that's $100 less than usual).

I would definitely recomend getting shocks with these since you're not going to be improving your handling much with springs alone.
