Default car leaking fluid?

so i live in southern california and i always have the AC going in this summer heat. I noticed a couple times when I park my car in the garage, the car leaks fluid coming from around the front. I know its not oil cause it doesnt feel like it, my guess is water...is this condensation from the AC or something more serious?

If you park after the AC has been running there will be water draining from the evaporator drain hose that exits through the lower passenger side of the firewall. This is completely normal.
It's actually a good idea to turn off the AC at least a few blocks before you reach your final destination (but leave the vent fan running). This allows the condensed water to drain out before you park so there won't be standing water left in the evaporator core to promote mildew growth.

AS long as liquid is not brown (oil or tranny fluid), red (Automatic Tranny Fluid), yellowish-clear and slimy (brake or PS Fluid), or Chartreuse (Antifreeze), you're probably OK.
