Default Chip upgrade and emissions

I was wondering if I will be able to pass emissions in CT if I get cobb stage 1? Or how bout stage 2? Thanks for your help

Most retuned ECU's are tuned to run leaner then the stock ECU among other adjustments. For this reason, you should still pass emissions without any problems. . .that is. . .until you start removing cats. Then it's a whole new ball game.
