Default new clutch time?

when im driving and i hit full boost around 3000-3100 my clutch slips and hits 4500 rpms and then goes back down. The only gear this doesnt happen in is 1st. I need to get it looked at but if i need a new clutch should i go with a oem stock one or upgraded clutch. Im thinking Exedy or ACT street clutch.
