Default WRX i/c differences

Well I'm on the way to having a RS-T but im stumped I found a web site where this guy is running the exact setup (98rs & TD04) and he lists every piece that will be needed but the variation between my setup and his is that he is using a j spec 96 wrx GC8 i/c where im using the 02 USDM wrx i/c. My question is what are the measurements of the Jspec inlets & outlets or what type of plumbing is needed?

BTW the Jspec plumbing pieces are:
3 - 3.25" silicone reducer
2.5 - 2.25" silicone reducer
2" hump hose
6ft 5/8" heater hose
3ft 3/4" heater hose
brass tees
band clamps
zip ties
