You going to have your way with the exhaust manifolds?

Grinding is so relaxing....until you put a hole in your manifold. Especially when it's the last port you need to do too.

ouch! do you speak from experience, mike?

i'm going to have my way with everything i can get my tool into... ream it out nice and good.

seriously, tgvs are on borrowed time, and certainly the exhaust manifolds. depending on how the intake mani looks it may be just a gasket/port match, or something more invasive. i know there's a good solid tenth of a volt in these mods...

What exactly happens when you gain a higher MAF volt value?Does this mean your turbo is flowing more CFM?I'm asuming the highest value is 5 volts?

no--iirc, it should be good up to a little over 4.8, at least as long as the utec is calculating fuel delivery. the oem ecu has a limit as to how far it's internal maps extend, at least in stock form (they can be extended with a reflash up to the theoretical max, 5v, but the other issue is that up in those ranges a tenth or even hundreth of a volt change makes a HUGE difference in indicated air mass. in other words, the resolution becomes ever more crappy.

Might as well take your bits to your turbo too, there is a lot to be gained by reworking it.
