Default Lightest Wheels for WRX

Are there any wheels for the WRX that are lighter than the SSR Competition? I'm looking at getting some 17's. What's the lightest WRX out there?

Please, only wheels with the correct offset.

Thanks,

The 17x7.5 SSR Comps are just under 13 pounds....

My SSR's with 225/45 Kumho MX's weighed in at ~35 pounds/ea.

Yeah, I don't know what the second poster is talking about. The only weight listings for the Gram Lights show them to be heavier than the SSRs.

The only wheel I can find that weighs less is Centerline and the offset looks wrong, though the wheels look nice. Centerline has repeatedly stated that they work but I'm not buying it...literally and figuratively.

Not true Nightrunner. Light can = cheap, Strong can = cheap, but light + strong != cheap.

SSR competitions are about the lightest wheel you can buy...

you can get them custom ordered by gruppe-s if you want the 16 inch sizes

...means that just because it is $$$ does not mean 'good'....or 'light'.....and your speculation isn't fact.

SSR Comp = light AND strong.

Definitely not FACT. There are many wheels that are heavier than the SSRs AND more expensive.

I did notice that the Buddy Club P1 QF might be about 1/10th of a lb lighter. No idea how much it costs, though.

Racing Hart CP-035s are 12.5 lbs at 17"...they're the wheels that Rota Sub Zeros are knock-offs of...

Volk CE28Ns are just about 13 lbs at 17" as well.

Both are forged, very strong, and pretty expensive.
