ASA's or Rota's. Same price roughly. Take your pick.
www.tirerack.com for the ASA's or www.subydude.com for the Rota's |

The wheels I have listed in the classifieds will clear the STi brembo's. You'll only need a 3mm spacer in the front, but the rears fit no problem.
This is proven by test fitting them on a friends '04 STi with and without the spacer. Let me know if they appeal to you. Click here for details |

http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=448097 Please don't listen to him... The 04 and 05 STi have different bolt patterns. The 04 STi and lower years of all subarus all have the same bolt patterns. And yes I'd recommend Rotas |

Sorry, I missed the subject, didn't realize it was an '05 he was asking about. At least I noted that I test fitted them on an '04.
Perhaps I should post on that thread you linked since I didn't see the BR's listed in there as fitting. Sorry for the mis-read. Don't buy my wheels! |

Another vote for the ASA JH3 or Rota's. Subydude's site lists the Rota's which fit the '05 STi, as does TireRack's site for the ASA's.
I went with ASA myself, as they were inexpensive and available. (Most of the Rota's are recent releases). No fitting issues, and TireRack supplies the lugnuts you need. Another nice thing about the JH3 is they are easy to clean, unlike the stock rims. The Rota's do come in the tasty gunmetal color, however. Decisions, decisions... KR |
