![]() I think Subaru should ofsold the Legacy GT with the Baja Turbo hood. That would be one of the first things I would change if I buy a 00-04 Legacy GT.

![]() Why do you list the grille part number?
You don't need to get the Baja grille, you can re-use your standard one. All you need is the hood and the scoop. You don't even need the backing I/C plate if you don't want it. Example OE hood & scoop (not pressed in all the way) ![]() Stock grille fits fine, no need for the baja one. ![]() ![]() I can dig out the parts sheet of what all we ordered if people really want this info posted. I just figured that any dealership you go to will have the info as did mine. Since subaruparts.com won't ship hoods, most will be going to their local dealership anyway. |

![]() Yes, but be very carefull with shipping... I found out the hard way. I think it would be worth it to spend the extra and pick it up at the dealer.. Mine got FUBARed in shipping. Still waiting on the damage claim a month later

![]() well, it'll be shipped through UPS, I don't know if they spring for the extra insurance for it (I think its only up to $100 if you don't).
You can try 1stsubaruparts.com ; I think that price is just for the hood, no insert. Anyone have pics of just the insert? I may just end up no getting the insert to make the hole bigger for the topmount ![]() |

![]() Your looking at $357 shipped on 1stSubaruParts for both the insert and the turbo hood. Not bad at all! It's the painting that gets you on top of that though.

![]() Yeah, but Tuning factory wants to charge me $300-400 to cut a hole in my hood and mount a WRX scoop on there...hmm
I may just end up going to a junkyard and see if theyhave any 00-04 hoods that I can use a diegrinder on ![]() ![]() |
