Default Oil/Coolant leak from GT35R

Anyone familiar with the Garrett turbo's ?
I have the GT35R turbo on my STi, and it looks like I have an oil/coolant leak at the exhaust housing. None of the water lines have any leakage showing, and the oil inlet line looks fine. It seems the leak is coming from the underside, so I cant determine if its the oil return. Looks like its the flange between the turbo housing and the header thingy.
Do the housings ever crack on these that would cause this kind of leak?
Im throwing it up on a rack tomorrow to see better. Thanks for any input.

I have a Garrett 30r and I can only think that the turbo is either leaking from the inside which you would just blow that out with the exhaust gas, or you do have a leaky oil line and sometimes it may not be at the connectors where the line meets the turbo. Some times braided lines will get a hold in them underneath all the stainless braid meaning you will have oil leaking through the weave in the metal.. so you will absolutely have to replace the line the whole way.

It happened on my best friends civic, he has a t3-t4 and it leaked the same... through the weave on the stainless wrapped line.

There is a very good chance it is the oil return line. If it were the seal you would just get a lot of blow-by. If you go and run the car w/ some boost then check the turbo outlet hose, if you don't see oil, it isn't the seal. I also had a leak on my oil return line (diff turbo) but it was fairly hard to pinpoint.

I would be surprised if it's your return line. Oil can't gravitate upwards as you've got it on top of the turbine housing (looks like it at least). Are you sure it's oil? It's difficult to tell by the picture anyway.
