Default Anyone know what board the local protege guy's hang out on?

Hey Guy's

I'm looking for a new car for my sister. I was thinking the Protege would be a good car for her. She would like to spend 10K or less and get something with good fuel economy.

Judging by my experiences with the Protege it seems to me that it would be a really good way for her to go. They're still quite a bit cheaper than a 2.5RS and they get a lot better fuel economy. They also seem to hold there own at the AutoX's.

Eric

New car for 10K or less? or a Used car for 10K or less?

Maybe she should look at an older Legacy '95's in the $8K range.

not that I recommend this, but something like this might be good.

My buddy bought a '98 RS for less than $10k.

I'm not too sure about Edmonton but you could try www.beyond.ca All types hang out there.

Agreed.

I was able to drive one a few times at the autocross school and they are torquey little motors and great suspension set-up.

Definately some Mazda DNA in the suspension set-up of those little sport wagons.
