Default spark plug grommets

Well i changed my spark plugs yestarday and noticed that i have oil on all of my plugs, so that means to me i need to change the grommets...any tips on doing this? seems pretty straight forward like any other car, but checking to make sure i dont screw up anything...

is there a "subaru bond" to use...kinda like a "honda bond" sealent?

You'll need new valve cover gaskets and probably should get new valve cover bolt grommets as well. You can use any high-temp RTV sealant you wish really- Fujibond, Hondabond, Three Bond, Permatex, etc.

Yep, undo the 5 bolts per side, pull the valve cover off, clean it up, pull out spark plug tube seals, clean the tubes off, replace gaskets, replace cover, bolt back on .

Not much at all. Hand snug with a 1/4" ratchet.
