Default GNI Motorsports Partners with Make A Wish Foundation of Michigan

Pinckney, MI- June 16, 2005

The GNI Motorsports North American Rally Team in Pinckney is organizing the LSPR 2005 RALLY TRIP RAFFLE to help raise funds for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Michigan—a nonprofit organization that grants wishes to children with life-threatening illnesses.

Throughout the summer of 2005, GNI Motorsports will be attending various events in SE MI to promote & sell raffle tickets with proceeds going to Make A Wish Foundation of Michigan. The Grand Prize will be all expense paid trip to the Lake Superior Pro Rally in Houghton, MI in October to include full VIP access, personal guides throughout the race weekend, spending cash, and a ride in the GNI Motorsports 2004 WRX PGT rally car before the race! Several 2nd & 3rd place prizes of official team apparel and Panasonic home theater systems will also be awarded.

The drawing will be conducted on Sept 18th at the Tippman World Challenge, an annual world championship paintball event at Hell Survivors Paintball field in Pinckney, with the assistance of ExoticSportz, a GNI Motorsports team sponsor.

“ We are very excited about this opportunity to help the Make A Wish Foundation. I cannot think of an organization I can relate to more easily. Helping kids enjoy themselves at the most difficult times of their young lives is heart warming. I hope we can raise a lot of money for them and also raise awareness of the foundation’s great ideals at the same time we are enjoying our exciting sport.” said John Cirisan, driver of the GNI Motorsports #595 car.

GNI Motorsports races Performance Rally in the Rally America series. Started in 2002, GNI has progressed from the 2 wheel drive class to now being contenders in the highly competitive Production GT class for all wheel drive vehicles. Sporting a new, 2004 Subaru Impreza WRX, the team is looking to continue to improve during various events in the 2005 season, with a full National Championship effort in 2006.

A schedule of events GNI will be attending will be posted on the team’s website: http://www.gnimotorsports.com. Tickets will be sold at all events attended by the team, as well as directly by the contact info below. Each event will be marked by the appearance of the bright Red , White & Black GNI Motorsports #595 WRX rally car and its driver or co-driver.
