Default Where to get major tranny and motor work done in SLC?

Any shops in or around SLC area that are reputable and dependable for doing major tranny work (RA gear swap) and engine work (STi 2.5 block into a WRX)?

I'd say Cobb Tuning or Modern Garage, they're right next door to each other and practically share a shop. Either would probably be your best bet in the area and it seems like Cobb refers a lot of the work to Modern anyway.

Or if you're open to the dealer route, you might try contacting Nate Wade Subaru. I had my WRX tranny replaced there, they're shop folks seem to know what they're doing and seem mod-friendly (more-so than other dealers anyway), but not sure how open they are to swaps and such.

Get a hold of Johny Tran (something like that) on these boards, he knows of a really good Suby mechanic. Johny had some similar things done to his car.
