Default Small Claims Ct for Subie parts PLEASE HELP

Hey guys,

I recently had a mishap with a deal (that involved my SCOOBY PARTS *coughs turbo *coughs)) and now I need to take some one in reno Nevada to small claims court for a fairly decent sum of money ( well over $1000) and I was wondering if any of you guys were lawyers who practiced there or if you knew of any one good that could help me with my small problem. I can elaborate on it if you need but for the sake of saving as much time as possible I didn't here. PLEASE I'M DESPERATE if anyone knows of anyone who can help me or where I can look to find help PLEASE get back to me.

thanks in advance

Brad

sorry I know I already posted this in the SWIC forum but then I thought maybe someone else would look here and know too. And I figured since it involves my subie parts it would be ok here

The best I can do for you is to advise that you can't use a lawyer in small claims court in CA. I don't know if that changes for NV.

What I did was to search the web for advise.
I came up with this for Sacramento (where I live). http://www.scacadvice.com/
You must have something for your area too.
Good luck to you!

Search the web for the procedure. The above website's a good start. It might not be worth the time and money if you're not in Nevada except for the satisfication of getting the money from him.
