It's .5" narrower than the stock RS wheel, giving you a smaller maximum contact patch size than the RS wheel. If you have 4 pots, they won't fit over them. On the pro side, they look pretty damn sharp .

They'd be good for snow tires. What was Subaru thinking: "Let's add 300 lbs and 60 horsepower... and make the wheels smaller! Yeah, that's the ticket."

Yeah, you're stuck with narrower tires with a narrower rim.

*bites lip*

I don't think anyone's weighed the WRX rims, but it'd be safe to assume they're as light as the stock RS rims, which are a mere 16-17lbs depending on model year.

Unless he's including cash in the deal, I wouldn't trade my 2.5RS rims for WRX rims.

the wrx wheels are running fine. can't really tell you anything good or bad about them. I only use them for daily driving. I use my old MY01 wheels for autox but not with RE92. I have not tested out enough wheels to tell you the differences if any. sorry. I can only provid you the "look" ... what are you using it for? I think the main disadvantages would be narrower (fewer tire selection) and less inner space (can't go 4-POT or bigger rotors). But if you are not cosidering those upgrades, I think you are fine. Good luck!
