They suck. That's about it.

There just isn't enough space to write about how bad they are. I've called SOA twice to complain about service procedures and inconsistencies when my old Impreza was brought in for service. Not cool.

They also like to overcharge for new cars...signifigantly more than MSRP. Fortunately I didn't buy from them.

Default they really really suck

I brought in my suby beacuse of a metallic squeeking noise near the timing belt. (Another mechanic and I had deduced by removing the cover that the pulley had gone bad and since it was still under warranty I needed to take it to the dealership) Mind you this is not the dealer I bought this car from but it was the closest. Well the guy was a total P&*( and would not even let me explain what was going on treated me like I was a MORON. But I was desperate so let them have the car and low and behold they found out it was the pully so they ordered the part and in two days it was "fixed" . So I went to pick it up and didn't even try to talk to me about there findings and when I asked if they changed the timing belt they said no it didn't need to be changed ....we saw they ruber shavings from the belt when took the cover off!!! How could they say that or miss it completely!!!!! I have sinced logged a formal complaint against these guys and the service manager who was quite curt in his responces to me. Hell they could have at least washed the outside or something but they did nothing. And I still don't think its quite up to par.
