1998 '98 Impreza RST

Default My EJ257 Hybrid MY98 RS wont start!!!

New ej257 shortblock
MY98 Heads, Intake, Tranny
WRX Turbo, Intrercooler
Stock fuel system
Turboed for 1.5 years no problems w/ my stock RS block.

So I finished the swap including the timing belt and tried to crank it over. It cranked ovet the first try and ran rough for about 5 seconds the died. So we check the plugs and they were soaked with fuel, then we checked to see if it was getting spark and only the rear two would spark. With this knowledge we tried a new coil, igniter, cam sensor, and new crank sensor. We got spark in all four after this. Still wouldn't start. We checked the compression on the motor after we found a lot of gas in the oil so I changed the oil. The compression was 155 across the board. We let the plugs and cylinder wall dry out and still wouldnt start. It is still running extremely rich when we are cranking it over, if we pinch the fuel supply line it will sputter and try to start but still wont fully turn over. All of the timing marks do line up. Tried different plugs along wiht different gapping, still no luck. What are your guys thoughts?

Check the MAf. It may be unplugged or installed backwards.
