Default Best All season tires? Help

Need some advice. Looking for the best All season tires I can get for a budget of $550. I currently run summer tires and its time to replace them. My tire size is

I was looking at the Nitto Neo Gens. they run about 113.00 per tire.

the neo gens seem to have a bad rep here, i'd say do falken ziex instead...those are proven solid all-season performers. or perhaps kumho asx.

Toyo Proxes 4s is a new and upcoming favorite amongst what seems like a lot of driving ethusiasts. I have them and so does my roommate (Mazda MP3) and we've both been VERY happy with them thus far. We're in FL, so the only seasons we see here is Hot and wet

They're relatively cheap...I can't recall which site has them for a good price though. May have to do a search, or I'll post it when I have some more time to search
