Default 98 RS Exhaust leak?

i'm not sure if it's the intake sucking air or my car having an exhaust leak...you can't hear it when you leave it in neutral and step on the gas but when i'm in gear and stepping on the gas you can hear it...could it just be the intake working?

it was having a leak before between the headers and the cat convertor but i sealed it up with a new header gasket and some sealent stuff

i took the 98 RS stock intake out and put in a 96 legacy intake so you won't hear that humming sound
