Angry Cam and front main seals leak more since replacement????

Cliffs notes on bottom =D

I have a question concerning cam seals and other seals in the front, about a year ago i brought my car to Midas or something to get the exhaust welded up and they said my front main seal was leaking a little bit. At that point in time I was changing the oil every 3000 and not noticing any loss of oil, but it was scheduled maintenance so i said go ahead and do it. I think i paid like 150 or 200 for parts and labor.

I got it home and went out to pick up my girl friend and it jumped timing (like 3 miles from home) so i drove/limped home and parked it. I called them and they said have it towed in and they will look at it. When it got there they called me with in and hour and said yes it had jumped timing and they fixed it but when they took it out it jumped again. So they paid to replace the tensioner

So three months go by and it felt like it jumped timing again so I brought it to a dealer (my mom and grandma brought it to the dealer, itís my moms car) So the dealer said it was not the timing it was the coil/plug wire. They also said "You needed my cam seals and front main seal and timing belt replaced they were leaking". I had not noticed any leaking in the time that it was previously replaced but they said it was and the cam seals were not replaced when I replaced the front main. Well I knew that i did not get the cam seals replaced at Midas because they gave me some bullsh|t story about valve cover seals and this that and the other (this was before i knew much about cars) and it was going to cost like 400 bux.

So Subaru did it all and found more problems, saying that the exhaust manifold was shot (it was not the shielding was cut off because of rattling) and the cat was shot and they needed to replace from the manifolds back!

we paid 1700 for everything I think about 1300 just for the exhaust, However it is my mothers car and she could not afford to do ANY work to it so my grand mother was paying and would not let anything I said interfere with what was happening and did not want to use after market everything had to be OEM.

So now my issue is I am loosing 2 to 2 1/2 quarts a month from underneath the timing belt cover! WHAT DO I DO????

CN: Got main seal replaced twice in a matter of 3 months (a year ago)and cam seals replaced once (also about a year ago) and now it leaks worse then it did before replacement HELP!!
